At Herexa Health, our clinical standards are guided by evidence-based medicine and established clinical guidelines. Every consultation is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider to ensure that any prescribed treatment is medically appropriate, safe, and tailored to the patient's specific health profile.

This is for women going through perimenopause or menopause who are experiencing symptoms that affect their quality of life and want to discuss treatment options like HRT with a professional.

Depending on your specific symptoms, treatment might include low-dose estrogen or progesterone therapy (HRT), vaginal lubricants, or non-hormonal options for hot flashes. Our goal is to find the safest and most effective approach based on your health profile and preferences.

Why Perimenopause and Menopause Occur

Why Perimenopause and Menopause Occur

Perimenopause and menopause are natural stages in a woman’s life that occur as hormone levels, particularly estrogen and progesterone, begin to decline. Perimenopause is the transition phase leading up to menopause, while menopause is confirmed after 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period.

Several factors can influence symptoms during this time, including:

  • Hormonal fluctuations

  • Age and genetics

  • Stress and lifestyle factors

  • Sleep patterns

  • Underlying health conditions

A provider consultation helps assess your symptoms and create a personalized plan to manage changes and improve overall well-being.
